可再生能源出力的随机性和波动性给微电网经济运行优化带来较大困难。采用鲁棒优化理论将常规微电网经济运行优化模型中的不确定性因素加以处理,构建了计及可再生能源、储能装置和热电联产系统的微电网经济运行鲁棒优化模型;通过改进常规细菌觅食算法中复制操作和驱散操作,有效兼顾了个体寻优过程中寻优速度与寻优深度。算例分析表明,改进算法能够有效求解本文所提模型,在保证微电网可靠运行的前提下,所提方法能够实现各微源动态经济调度,有效降低微电网运行成本。

Both randomness and fluctuation of the output of renewable energy sources bring about difficulty in the optimization of microgrid economic operation. The uncertain factors in economic operation optimization model of conventional microgrid are coped with robust optimization theory to construct a robust optimization model for microgrid economic operation, in which the renewable energy sources, energy storage devices and combined heat and power generation are taken into account. Through the improvement of reproduction and dispersal operations in conventional bacterial foraging algorithm, both searching speed and the searching depth during the searching process are simultaneously and effectively considered. Results of case analysis show that using the improved bacterial foraging algorithm the proposed model can be solved effectively, and under the premise of ensuring reliable operation of microgrid the dynamic economic dispatching of all micro energy sources can be implemented, thus the operational cost of microgrid can be reduced effectively.
