为解决孤立微网中储能和柴油发电机(柴发)的协调容量优化配置问题,利用储能和柴发不同设备的响应特性,提出了基于频谱分析的孤立微网中储能和柴发的容量优化方法。首先,利用傅里叶变换对平衡功率进行频谱分析,设定储能和柴发的补偿频段,再利用反傅里叶变换获得时域功率指令,计算得到满足系统补偿要求的储能和柴发的最小容量;然后,建立方案技术经济评估模型,对优化方案的技术性和经济性进行较为全面的评估。最后,通过浙江某海岛孤立微网实际工程案例数据验证了所提方法的有效性,与传统的基于负荷跟随策略的遗传算法得到的优化方案的对比表明,在满足系统同样的技术指标的情况下,文中所提方法所得结果具有更好的经济性。

In island microgrid to coordinate the optimal capacity configuration between energy storage (ES) system and diesel engines (DE) generators, considering different response characteristics of ES and DE a spectrum analysis based capacity optimization method for ES and DE in island microgrid is proposed. Firstly, the spectrum analysis on balance power is performed by Fourier transform to allocate compensation frequency bands of ES and DE; then through inverse discrete Fourier transform the time-domain power instruction is attained and the minimum capacity of ES and DE, which can meet the need of system compensation, is calculated; and then both technical and economic evaluation models are established to overall evaluate the technicality and economy of the proposed capacity optimization method; finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by an actual project case of isolated microgrid located at a certain island of Zhejiang province. Comparison of the results by the proposed capacity optimization method with the results by traditional load-following strategy based genetic algorithm shows that under the premise of meeting the demand on the same technical indices of microgrid, using the proposed method a scheme with better economy can be attained.
