分析了重要电力用户供电模式评估流程,然后从指标自身内涵、配电网评估因素、重要用户供电模式固有特性和专家经验4个方面挖掘了重要用户供电模式评估指标,接着依据层次分析法构建了包含方案层、指标层、准则层和目标层4个层次的综合评估体系架构,最后采用9位标度法和专家经按分层分组、自下而上的方式确定各指标的权重分配。在此基础上,给出了14种典型供电模式详细评估结果,以期为工程应用提供必要的理论依据。

The procedure of assessing power supply mode for the important power consumer is analyzed;then from four perspectives of the connotation of assessment indices, the factors of distribution network evaluation, the inherent characteristic of power supply mode for the important consumer and the expert experience the data mining for the assessment index of power supply mode for the important consumer is carried out; and then based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) an architecture of synthetical assessment system including four layers, namely the scheme layer, the index layer, the rule layer and the target layer, is constructed; finally, adopting hierarchical form and bottom-up approach the weight allocation of each index is determined by 9 scales method and expert experience. On this basis, detailed assessment results of 14 typical power supply modes are given to provide theoretical foundation for engineering application of the proposed method.
