有源配电网发生故障后,综合利用备用联络线路与内部DG的孤岛运行能力为故障后的停电负荷综合恢复供电,可有效提高配电网的供电可靠性。针对此综合优化问题,提出了DG孤岛运行静态稳定裕度水平的概念,建立了有源配电网恢复供电的多目标数学模型,并通过将备用联络线路等值为DG的方式,有效简化了综合优化问题的复杂性。鉴于配电网的分布式结构及供电恢复决策的多阶段性,基于多代理技术构建了由协调层、决策层和设备层构成的多层分布式智能决策系统,并充分考虑了DG的类型及控制方式,基于孤岛的主从控制模式对恢复供电方案进行了优化计算。最后对包含3条馈线、7台DG的有源配电网的恢复供电进行了仿真计算,仿真结果表明所提模型与算法能够充分利用备用线路和各种DG资源,恢复方案切实可行。

After the fault in active distribution network, the service restoration based on synthetic utilization of stand-by tie lines and islanded operation ability of distributed generation (DG) inside the distribution network for post-fault load being endured power supply interruption can improve power supply reliability of distribution network. For this kind of comprehensive optimization problem a concept of static stability margin of DG being operated in islanded mode is given and a multi-objective model for service restoration of active distribution network is established, and through the equivalence of stand-by tie lines to DG the complexity of comprehensive optimization is effectively simplified. In view of the distributed structure of distribution network and multi-stage feature in the decision-making of service restoration, based on multi-agent technology a multi-layer distributed intelligent decision-making system composed of coordination layer, decision layer and equipment layer is constructed, in which the types of DG and control modes for them are fully taken into account, and base on the master-slave control mode for islanded operation the optimization calculation of service restoration scheme is carried out. The simulation of a service restoration scheme for a certain active distribution network composed of three feeders and seven DG is performed, and simulation results show that by use of the proposed algorithm and model the stand-by lines and various resources of DG can be fully utilized and the service restoration scheme is feasible.
