基于晶闸管控制变压器(thysistor controlled transformer，TCT)式可控高抗的本体结构和工作原理，对TCT 式可控高抗本体保护配置进行了探讨，包括网侧绕组保护、控制绕组保护以及补偿绕组保护。重点对控制绕组保护进行了研究，分析了控制绕组各类故障的故障特征，结合数字仿真结果，指出了传统电抗器保护应用于TCT式可控高抗控制绕组在应对控制绕组引线单相接地故障、匝间故障和阀短路故障时存在可靠性或灵敏性不足的问题。针对上述问题提出将控制绕组侧电流互感器移至晶闸管阀末端并增设零、负序电流保护。
基于晶閘管控製變壓器(thysistor controlled transformer，TCT)式可控高抗的本體結構和工作原理，對TCT 式可控高抗本體保護配置進行瞭探討，包括網側繞組保護、控製繞組保護以及補償繞組保護。重點對控製繞組保護進行瞭研究，分析瞭控製繞組各類故障的故障特徵，結閤數字倣真結果，指齣瞭傳統電抗器保護應用于TCT式可控高抗控製繞組在應對控製繞組引線單相接地故障、匝間故障和閥短路故障時存在可靠性或靈敏性不足的問題。針對上述問題提齣將控製繞組側電流互感器移至晶閘管閥末耑併增設零、負序電流保護。

Based on its own structure and working principle of thysistor controlled transformer controllable shunt reactor (TCTCSR), the protection configuration for TCTCSR itself is discussed, including the protection of grid side winding, the protection for control winding and the protection for compensation winding. The research is focused on the protection for control winding and the fault features of various faults occurred in the control winding are analyzed. Combining with the results of numerical simulation, it is pointed out that there are defects of insufficient reliability or sensitivity, when traditional reactor protection is applied to winding protection for TCTCSR to cope with the single-phase earth fault occurred in the control winding lead, the turn-to-turn fault and the short-circuit fault of the valve. In allusion these defects, it is proposed to move the current transformer at the control winding side to the end of thyristor valves and to add zero-sequence and negative-sequence current protections.
