根据絮凝原理设计制造了新型絮凝反应器,并建立了连续絮凝实验装置。以液体透光值为指标,考察了在室温(25℃)和不同进液流量下处理高岭土悬浮液的效果。结果表明,该反应器可以在室温下达到较好的絮凝澄清效果,处理液透光值均达到120以上,节省了传统絮凝操作中需要加热所造成的能耗。综合考虑澄清效果和处理效率,确定进液流量为60 L/h较为适宜。

A new type of flocculation reactor was designed and manufactured based on the flocculation theory, and Continuous flocculation experiment device was established. The treatment effect of Kaolin suspension at room temperature(25 ℃)and different inlet flow were investigated taking transmission value as evaluating indicator. It was showed by results that good flocculation clarification effect could be achieved at room temperature using this reactor, the transmission values of fluid were all above 120, which Save the energy consumption of heating caused by the traditional flocculation operation. Considering the clarification effect and treatment efficiency, the proper liquid flow rate was 60 L/h.
