微波作为一种新型加热方式,具有传统加热方式无法比拟的优势。介绍了国内外油品微波改质技术的研究现状及収展趋势;阐述了微波的热效应及非热效应;对渣油微波降粘、脱硫、脱金属机理及微波热解渣油的影响因素迚行了评述;提出了微波技术面临的问题。最后,展望了渣油微波改质技术的应用前景。

Microwave is a new way of heating, has many incomparable advantages compared with traditional heating methods. In this paper, research status and development trend of microwave modification technology of oil at home and abroad were introduced;thermal effect and non-thermal effect of the microwave were discussed;mechanisms of residual microwave viscosity reduction, desulfurization and demetallization were analyzed as well as the influencing factors of residual microwave pyrolysis ; the problems in the microwave technology were put forward. Finally, application prospect of residual microwave modification technology was forecasted.
