Styrene distillation process was introduced as well as its development status at home and abroad, and working conditions of crude distillation tower under different temperature conditions in the design process were compared. New technology adopting high tank temperature distillation scheme was selected; polymerization losses, chemicals consumption and equipment investment were optimized.
