通过对条形长链烷烃脱氢催化剂载体制备方法研究,制备出物化性质及催化活性与球形参比剂相似的条形催化剂,催化活性可以满足评价指标要求。采用条形载体与球形载体比,能提高产品收率,降低载体生产成本,又能降低球形载体制备过程中带来的环境污染问题。
通過對條形長鏈烷烴脫氫催化劑載體製備方法研究,製備齣物化性質及催化活性與毬形參比劑相似的條形催化劑,催化活性可以滿足評價指標要求。採用條形載體與毬形載體比,能提高產品收率,降低載體生產成本,又能降低毬形載體製備過程中帶來的環境汙染問題。

The bar-type carrier preparation method of the long chain alkenes dehydrogenation catalyst was mainly studied, the bar-type catalyst was prepared, and physicochemical properties and catalytic activity of prepared bar-type catalyst were similar with those of spherical catalysts. The catalytic activity of the bar-type catalyst can meet requirements. Using the bar-type carrier can improve products yield and reduce processing cost and environment pollution during preparing the carrier.
