文章通过对吉首市广场中老年人晨练现状的了解,进而为有关部门加强中老年人体育锻炼提供一些有益的建议。研究主要采用问卷调查法,问卷从晨练者的性别、年龄,晨练的项目选择、接受指导、坚持时间以及运动损伤情况等三部分内容进行调查;研究结果表明:晨练者女性明显多于男性;晨练者的锻炼意识较强;一半的晨练者没有接受过专业指导,所练项目以武术、太极为最多;晨练者损伤的部位主要集中在下肢膝关节;主要原因是自身对运动损伤的知识了解不够、缺乏专业的人士指导、充分的准备活动及放松练习等。建议建立和完善中老年健身管理体系和服务体系、挖掘更多的晨练项目、提高晨练者的自我保护意识,充分发挥当地体育院校的周边辐射作用等。

Through the understanding of the present situation that the middle aged and elderly do morning exercise in Jishou squares, the paper provides some helpful suggestions for relevant departments to strengthen physical exercises in the elderly. The study mainly uses questionnaire survey, which is mainly carried out from three parts: sex and age of the people who do morning exercise; the sport choice, the instruction choice and the time of morning exercise; the injury situations of the people who do morning exercise. The results show that: firstly, among the people who do morning exercise, female are obviously more than male; secondly, the persons who insist on doing morning exercise are always possessing strong exercise consciousness; thirdly, almost half of the people don't receive professional guidance, they mainly choose Wushu and Tai Chi to practice; fourthly, the parts that people damage focuses on leg knees, the main reason is that their understanding of the knowledge of sports injury is not enough and they are lack of professional guidance, full preparation activity and relaxation exercises, etc. This paper suggests that our city should build and perfect fitness management system and service system of the middle aged and elderly, digging more exercise programs, improving the self-protection consciousness of the people who do morning exercise, giving full play to the local physical institutions the radiation function, etc.
