针对传统拉刀存在加工困难和刚性差等问题,对深孔变截面槽拉刀进行优化设计。分析了传统拉刀的误差产生原因,通过取消刀片的圆弧导向结构,采用芯子滑槽斜面与新刀片直接连接,使齿升量与进给量的关系呈线性关系,简化了芯子、刀片两件的结构,并使用Pro Engineer软件完成拉刀改进设计。分析结果证明:该优化方法达到了优化目标,有效降低了试制时间和成本。

Aiming at the difficult manufacture and bad stiffness of traditional broaching cutter, carry out optimized design for variable section slot broaching cutter in deep hole. Analyze the reason of traditional broaching cutter error, through cancelling arc oriented structure of cutter, use core chute slope to directly link with new cutter, make linear relationship between tooth and feed, simplify the structure between core and cutter. Use Pro Engineer to realize cutter improvement. The analysis results show that the optimized method can realize optimization and effectively decrease test time and cost.
