针对深孔沟槽加工难度大的问题,提出数控拉削加工的新工艺方法。介绍深孔沟槽拉削工艺,简述专用数控深孔拉床的研制过程,并通过Pro Engineer软件完成建模、机构运动和动静态分析的产品设计过程。结果表明:该方法能提高产品性能,大大降低设计过程中试制的时间和成本。

It is difficult to manufacture deep hole slot, a new CNC broaching technology is presented. It introduces broaching technology of deep hole slot and development process of the special CNC machine tool. Meanwhile, use Pro Engineer software to realize product design process, which including model establishment, mechanism motion and dynamic state and static state analysis. The results show that the method can improve product performance, and greatly reduce time and cost of trial production.
