According to the situation of Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University and combining with the SWOT analysis on discipline building, the goal which can be described as facing opptunities, strengthening Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrative Chinese and Western Medicine cancer discipline building and human resources training to widen the strength of cancer department. It can help promoting integrative Chinese and Western Medicine development and better match people’s growing health care demands.
