研究型医院科研成果转化的核心是将医学基础研究成果迅速有效地转化为可在临床实际应用的理论、技术、方法和药物，推进医学基础研究成果的临床应用和产业化，促使医学成果尽早惠及患者。实现研究型医院科研成果转化的目标，需要以研究型医院为中心的多主体协同。作者分析了研究型医院科研成果转化的6类相关主体，即政府、研究型医院、科研机构、高等院校、企业和科技中介组织，6类主体在研究型医院科研成果转化中的作用，以及各主体之间的相互关系。

The core of research-oriented hospital research achievements transformation is to quickly and effectively transform the basic medical biology research achievements into theory, technology, methods or drugs which can be applied in clinical practice. It can promote basic medical research achievements transformation and industrialization and benefit for the patients as early as possible. In order to achieve the goal of research achievements transformation, it is necessary for multi-agent to cooperate with each other. This paper analyzes six types of subjects which related to scientific research achievements transformation of research hospital including government, research-oriented hospital, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, enterprises and science and technology intermediary, their role in the transformation of research hospital scientific research achievements, as well as the relationship between different agents.
