目的：观察对心肌梗塞患者实施针对性护理的效果。方法：入选对象60例，均为2013年3月至2014年3月我院收治的心肌梗塞患者，随机均分为干预组和对照组，其中干预组在实施常规护理方式的基础上实施针对性护理。对照组实施常规性护理，对比分析两组患者的生存率，死亡率，复发率。结果：干预组患者的生存率高于对照组，其死亡率及复发率均低于对照组。结论：在药物治疗及常规护理的基础上实施针对性护理，可有效提高患者的生存率，降低死亡率及复发率，延缓病情发展，提高生活质量，改善预后，提高临床治愈率，有积极的作用，值得推广。
목적：관찰대심기경새환자실시침대성호리적효과。방법：입선대상60례，균위2013년3월지2014년3월아원수치적심기경새환자，수궤균분위간예조화대조조，기중간예조재실시상규호리방식적기출상실시침대성호리。대조조실시상규성호리，대비분석량조환자적생존솔，사망솔，복발솔。결과：간예조환자적생존솔고우대조조，기사망솔급복발솔균저우대조조。결론：재약물치료급상규호리적기출상실시침대성호리，가유효제고환자적생존솔，강저사망솔급복발솔，연완병정발전，제고생활질량，개선예후，제고림상치유솔，유적겁적작용，치득추엄。
Objective :To observe the effect of the implementation of targeted myocardial infarction care .Methods :60 cases of selected objects ,both myo-cardial infarction patients from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group ,the inter-vention group received routine care targeted manner on the basis of the implementation of the care .The control group received routine care ,comparative analysis survival ,mortality ,relapse rate two groups of patients .Results:The intervention group were higher survival rates ,mortality and recurrence rates were lower than the control group .Conclusion:The implementation of targeted treatments in the treatment and routine care on the basis of the drug ,which can effectively improve the survival rate and reduce mortality and recurrence rate ,delay disease progression and improve quality of life ,improve outcomes , improve the clinical cure rate ,there is a positive role ,worthy of promotion .
