目的：探讨胆结石病人围手术期护理中临床路径的应用方法及效果。方法：选取我院近年来收治的88例胆结石患者，观察组围术期护理运用临床路径，参考组采用常规护理干预，比较两组患者术后恢复情况、医疗费用等。结果：观察组各观察指标与参考组比较存在显著差异（P＜0．05）。结论：在胆结石患者围术期护理中采用临床路径有助于促进患者康复，减少其经济负担。

목적：탐토담결석병인위수술기호리중림상로경적응용방법급효과。방법：선취아원근년래수치적88례담결석환자，관찰조위술기호리운용림상로경，삼고조채용상규호리간예，비교량조환자술후회복정황、의료비용등。결과：관찰조각관찰지표여삼고조비교존재현저차이（P＜0．05）。결론：재담결석환자위술기호리중채용림상로경유조우촉진환자강복，감소기경제부담。
Objective :to study the patients with gallstones in the perioperative nursing clinical pathway method and result of application .Methods:Selec-tion of 88 patients with gallstones admitted in our hospital in recent years ,the observation group of perioperative nursing by using clinical pathway ,the ref-erence group of the conventional nursing intervention ,compared two groups of patients with postoperative recovery ,medical expenses ,etc .Results :observa-tion group each observation index compared with the reference group there were significant differences (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:in patients with gallstones u-sing clinical pathway in perioperative nursing care can promote patients recovery and reduce the economic burden ,improve the relationship between nurses and patients .
