目的：探讨GeneXpert M TB/RIF系统在肺结核诊断中的价值。方法：选取75例肺结核患者晨痰和61例肺结核肺泡灌洗液标本，分别同时进行GeneXpert M TB/RIF和直接涂片检查结核分支杆菌，对两种标本两种检查结果进行对比分析。结果：75例痰标本GeneXpert M TB/RIF法和直接涂片法阳性检出率分别为52％和20％，61例肺泡灌洗液阳性检出率分别32．8％和14．8％。结论：GeneXpert M TB/RIF 法较大程度地提高了阳性检出率，对肺结核快速诊断具有重大价值。

목적：탐토GeneXpert M TB/RIF계통재폐결핵진단중적개치。방법：선취75례폐결핵환자신담화61례폐결핵폐포관세액표본，분별동시진행GeneXpert M TB/RIF화직접도편검사결핵분지간균，대량충표본량충검사결과진행대비분석。결과：75례담표본GeneXpert M TB/RIF법화직접도편법양성검출솔분별위52％화20％，61례폐포관세액양성검출솔분별32．8％화14．8％。결론：GeneXpert M TB/RIF 법교대정도지제고료양성검출솔，대폐결핵쾌속진단구유중대개치。
Objective :To study the GeneXpert M TB/RIF system in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis .Methods :We selected 75 cases of tuberculosis patients with sputum specimens and 61 patients with tuberculosis in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ,respectively by GeneXpert M TB/RIF and direct smear ex-amination of Mycobacterium tuberculosis at the same time ,comparative analysis of two kinds of specimen examination results .Results:75 sputum specimens of GeneXpert MTB/RIF method and the method of direct smear positive rates were 52% and 20% ,61 patients with alveolar lavage fluid positive rates were 32 .8% and 14 .8% .Conclusion:The GeneXpert MTB/RIF method can improve the positive rate of pulmonary tuberculosis ,rapid diagnosis is of great value .
