目的:观察新诊断2型糖尿患者二甲双胍对骨质疏松的影响。方法:随机将60例入选患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,治疗组给予二甲双胍,对照组给予安慰剂治疗,分别在治疗前后检测患者骨密度。结果:治疗组患者骨密度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍在降低血糖的同时可抑制骨质疏松。

목적:관찰신진단2형당뇨환자이갑쌍고대골질소송적영향。방법:수궤장60례입선환자분위대조조화치료조,매조30례,치료조급여이갑쌍고,대조조급여안위제치료,분별재치료전후검측환자골밀도。결과:치료조환자골밀도교대조조고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:이갑쌍고재강저혈당적동시가억제골질소송。
Objective:To study the effect of metformin on osteoporosis in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods: sixty subjects were enrolled and assigned to the treatment group received metformin (n=30) and the control group received the placebo (n=30). The bone miner-al density(BMD) was measured before and after the treatment. Results: Compaired to the control group? the treatment group noted a higher (P<C0. 05). Conclusion: Metformin can inhibit the osteoporosis as well as improving the hyperglycemia.
