目的：分析青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折的临术诊断及治疗方法，分析其临床价值。方法：回顾性分析12例青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折患者的临床资料，4例采用手法复位的保守治疗，余者8例采用手术治疗方法。结果：本组12例患者术后随诊6个月-5年，经X线检查骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间2．5个月，除2例主诉踝关节煅炼后偶有不适或酸痛肿胀外，所有患者均未出现下肢不等长或踝部畸形。结论：胫骨远端三平面骨折是一种少见的损伤，及早进行准确诊断并采取积极对症的治疗措施是关键。治疗方法首选保守治疗，如复位不理想则要及时采取手术治疗，以改善预后，防止术后并发症。

목적：분석청소년경골원단삼평면골절적림술진단급치료방법，분석기림상개치。방법：회고성분석12례청소년경골원단삼평면골절환자적림상자료，4례채용수법복위적보수치료，여자8례채용수술치료방법。결과：본조12례환자술후수진6개월-5년，경X선검사골절균유합，평균유합시간2．5개월，제2례주소과관절단련후우유불괄혹산통종창외，소유환자균미출현하지불등장혹과부기형。결론：경골원단삼평면골절시일충소견적손상，급조진행준학진단병채취적겁대증적치료조시시관건。치료방법수선보수치료，여복위불이상칙요급시채취수술치료，이개선예후，방지술후병발증。
Objective :to analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of distal tibia in teenagers three plane fracture ,and analyse its clinical value .Meth-ods :retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 12 cases of distal tibia in teenagers three plane fracture patients ,4 cases of conservative treatment with ma-nipulative reduction ,the remaining 8 cases were treated by operation method .Results:in this group ,12 patients were followed for 6 months -5 years ,were examined by X -ray fractures were healed ,the average healing time was 2 .5 months ,except 2 cases of patients with ankle joint exercise after the occasional discomfort or pain swelling ,lower limb discrepancy or ankle malformation were not seen in all the patients .Conclusion:distal tibia in three plane fracture is a rare injury ,early and accurate diagnosis and positive symptomatic treatment is the key .The preferred treatment of conservative treatment ,such as reduc-tion is not ideal to take timely operation treatment ,to improve the prognosis ,prevention of postoperative complications .
