研究了浙江、四川、贵州、云南和湖南选育的16个茶树品种在湖南长沙的物候期、生化成分、绿茶品质,结果显示:一芽一叶期有6个品种为特早生种、7个品种为早生种;春季氨基酸含量3.33%~5.22%,其中1个品种达到5%以上;茶多酚含量16.78%~26.46%;咖啡碱含量2.91%~4.19%;酚氨比4~8;六杯香、特早213、玉笋、龙井43、武阳早、中茶102、黔茶8号、巴山早8个品种制绿茶品质比较突出。

연구료절강、사천、귀주、운남화호남선육적16개다수품충재호남장사적물후기、생화성분、록다품질,결과현시:일아일협기유6개품충위특조생충、7개품충위조생충;춘계안기산함량3.33%~5.22%,기중1개품충체도5%이상;다다분함량16.78%~26.46%;가배감함량2.91%~4.19%;분안비4~8;륙배향、특조213、옥순、룡정43、무양조、중다102、검다8호、파산조8개품충제록다품질비교돌출。
In orderto probe into the adaptability of16 tea cultivars in C hangsha,w hich w as bred in Zhejiang,Sichuang,G uizhou ,Y unnan, H unan,,their phenologicalperiod,biochem icalcom ponents,quality of green tea,16 tea cultivars w ere studied.The results show ed that 6 cultivarsreached levelofultra-early budding in 1-leaf-and-1-bud shoots,7 cultivarsreached levelofearly budding;the contentsofam ino acid in spring ranged from 3.33% to 5.22% , 1 cultivarsofw hich exceeded 5% ;the contentsoftea polyphenolranged from 16.78% to 26.46% ;the contents ofcaffeine ranged from 2.91% to 4.19% ; tea polyphenol/am ino acid ranged from 4~8; 8 cultivars w ere m ore excellentthan the othersin quality ofgreen tea.
