目的：建立中药材知母鉴定分析的新方法。方法：采用粉末 X-射线技术对中药材知母样品进行 Fourier 图谱鉴定。结果：获得不同产地的知母样品的各自对照衍射 Fourier 图谱和特征标记峰值，可对知母药材作出区别和鉴定。结论：通过对照衍射图谱和特征标记峰值分析，获得知母的标准 X-射线 Fourier 图谱和特征标记峰，为知母药材的鉴定提供了新的谱学分析依据。

목적：건립중약재지모감정분석적신방법。방법：채용분말 X-사선기술대중약재지모양품진행 Fourier 도보감정。결과：획득불동산지적지모양품적각자대조연사 Fourier 도보화특정표기봉치，가대지모약재작출구별화감정。결론：통과대조연사도보화특정표기봉치분석，획득지모적표준 X-사선 Fourier 도보화특정표기봉，위지모약재적감정제공료신적보학분석의거。
To find a new appraisalanalysis m ethod fora traditionalC hinese m edicine anem arrhenae rhizom a,X-ray pow dertechnology was used in Fourierspectrum identification ofthe C hinese herbalm edicine anem arrhenae rhizom a sam ple in this study.The results indicate that the diffraction Fourierspectrum and characteristic tag peak ofthe anem arrhena rhizom a sam ples from differentproducing areas were gotfor their own contrasts and could be used to distinguish and identify the anem arrhenae rhizoma medicinalm aterials.Through the contrastand analysis of the diffraction pattern and characteristic m arked peaks, the standard X-ray Fourier spectrum and characteristic tag peak of anem arrhenae rhizom a could be obtained to offer a new spectroscopy analysis basis for the identification of the m edicinal m aterial Anem arrhena asphodeloides Bge.
