为探求有利于烤烟生长发育及产质量形成的氮肥形态,采用田间小区试验,研究了不同氮素形态配比对烤烟氮肥利用率及烟叶品质的影响。结果表明,与不施氮肥的对照相比,硝态氮和铵态氮肥都有利于烟叶产量的形成;在施肥的各处理之间烟株生物量及氮肥利用率最高的为硝铵比1∶1的处理;而烟叶中氮、烟碱和蛋白质的含量最高的为铵态氮处理;总糖、还原糖则是硝态氮处理效果最好。综合考虑各处理烟叶化学指标可知,按硝铵比1∶1的比例施用氮肥对烟叶产质量最好。

In orderto explore the appropriate N forms forflue-cured tobacco’ s grow th,developm entand quality,the field experim ents w ere conducted to study effectof differentN form s and proportion on N utilization rate and quality of flue-cured tobacco.T he results show ed that nitrate N or am m onium N could increase tobacco’ s yield com pared with no N treatm ent. Among different treatm ents, the treatm ent of nitrate/am m onium of 1:1 had the highesttobacco biom ass and N utilization.B utthe treatm entof am m onium N had the highestcontentof N , nicotine and protein, w hile the treatm ent of nitrate N had the highest total sugar and reducing sugar. Taking the chem ical index into consideration,the treatm entofnitrate/am m onium of1:1 was the bestto yield and quality oftobacco.
