通过开展5种不同规格漂浮盘育苗试验,观察出苗速度、出苗率、烟苗长势,以及35天成苗时生物学性状,并对比分析了育苗成本。结果表明,各处理出苗集中时间均在播种后的8~11 d;盘高越高,出苗较早,但漂浮盘太高烟苗长势较慢;成苗时生物学性状随着漂浮盘孔数的增多,茎粗趋细,茎高趋高,茎鲜重、茎干重、根鲜重和根干重下降;育苗成本方面,随着漂浮盘孔数增多,单位面积育苗成本降低。综合考虑,以325孔规格漂浮盘较为切合当前的烤烟栽培方式,既能培育出膜下小苗移栽所需的漂浮苗,同时有利于节约成本和保护生态。
