目的：探讨酒精对胰腺腺泡细胞氯电流的作用及该电流的电生理学及药理学特性。方法采用膜片钳技术记录酒精诱导的胰腺腺泡细胞全细胞氯电流，细胞外灌流高渗灌流液和氯通道阻断剂观察该电流的特性。结果细胞在等渗条件下可记录到较小且稳定的背景氯电流，细胞外灌流500μmol/L酒精可以诱导出较大的全细胞氯电流。该电流具有明显的外向优势，但没有明显的电压和时间依赖性失活的特性。此外，该电流可以被高渗性细胞外灌流液及氯通道阻断剂NPPB所抑制。结论酒精可以激活胰腺腺泡细胞膜上氯通道，这可能是急性酒精性胰腺炎的发生机制之一。

Objective To investigate the effects of ethanol ( EtOH) on the chloride channels in pancreatic acinar cells.Methods Whole -cell chloride currents were detected using the patch clamp technique .Results A weak and stablebackground chloride current was recorded under isotonic conditions .Extracellular perfusion with EtOH by 500 μmol/Linduced a strong outward -rectified current.There was no obvious voltage -and time -dependent inactivation in the appliedvoltages.In addition, both extracellular applications of 47% hypertonic solution and the chloride channel blockerNPPB (100 μmol/L) inhibited the current induced by EtOH.Conclusion Ethanol can activate the chloride channels inpancreatic acinar cells, which is suggested inducing acute alcoholic pancreatitis.
