目的:探讨护士积极率与职业倦怠及离职意愿的关系。方法采用方便抽样运用正性情绪和负情绪量表(PANAS),护士职业倦怠问卷( maslach burncut inventory, MBI)及离职意愿量表对1500名护士进行问卷调查,探讨3者之间的作用关系。结果护士积极率与职业倦怠及离职意愿均显著相关,护士职业倦怠在积极率与离职意愿之间起到部分中介作用。结论建议通过提升护士积极率的干预方法降低护士的职业倦怠、离职意愿。

Objective To investigate the relationship between positivity rario, occupational burnout and turnover intention in nurses. Methods A total of 1500 nurses were selected by convenience sampling method for the survey. The Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) , Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) and the scale of Turnover Intention were used in the sur-vey and the relationship among positivity ratio, occupational burnout and turnover intention was analyzed. Results Positivity ra-tio was positively correlated with occupational burnout and turnover intention among nurses. Occupational burnout had partialy mediating effects on positivity ratio and turnover intention. Conclusion We suggested that the occupational burnout and turnover intention may be intervened by increasing the positivity ratio of nurses.
