目的：探讨纵隔疾病围手术期的护理对策。方法针对收治入院的30例纵隔肿瘤切除患者术前给予心理护理的临床资料进行分析。结果经过行外科手术治疗30例患者手术顺利，切口Ⅰ期愈合，无术后并发症的发生。结论严密的围手术期护理对提高手术成功率，减少术后并发症起到了重要作用，促进患者早日康复出院。
목적：탐토종격질병위수술기적호리대책。방법침대수치입원적30례종격종류절제환자술전급여심리호리적림상자료진행분석。결과경과행외과수술치료30례환자수술순리，절구Ⅰ기유합，무술후병발증적발생。결론엄밀적위수술기호리대제고수술성공솔，감소술후병발증기도료중요작용，촉진환자조일강복출원。
Objective Make a discussion on the nursery treatment of mediastinal disease in surgery period.MethodsAnalyzing the clinical data taken from 30 hospitalized patients who have received psychological care before they were operated with mediastinal cancer surgery.Results Having been operated surgery,30patients got satisfactory results and the wound were healed during first phrase and no complications occurred.Conclusion Strict nursery treatment and care in surgical period make significance in improving the surgical successful probabilities, decrease the occurrence of complications and aid patients with being into rehab.
