目的：了解社区开展脑卒中二级预防的现状，探讨二级预防的影响因素，以期为今后社区更加有效地发展脑卒中二级预防提供有针对性的指导。方法2012年1-5月，采用目的抽样法选取上海市3所社区卫生服务中心中8名医护人员作为研究对象，采用半结构式访谈和焦点小组访谈的方法对其进行访谈，将获取资料运用 Colaizzi 法进行分析。结果社区开展脑卒中二级预防工作的影响因素可归纳为5个主题，即政策支持缺乏、社区相关人员数量及质量有待提高、社区脑卒中二级预防开展不够深入、患者及家属对脑卒中二级预防缺乏认识、患者对社区卫生服务缺乏信任。结论社区开展脑卒中二级预防需要建立完善的管理体制，充分发挥社区护理人员在脑卒中二级预防中的作用，调动患者在社区脑卒中二级预防中积极性。

Objective To deeply assess the current status and the influence factors of the secondary pre-vention of stroke in community and provide targeted guidance for developing secondary prevention of stroke in community.Methods Eight community professional personnel for stroke prevention were inter-viewed by semi-structured interviews and focus group,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi method. Results Five themes influence secondary prevention of stroke in community were concluded:lack of support to policies and regulations,improve the quantity and quality of community professional personnel, develop secondary prevention in patients with stroke in deep,lack of awareness of patients and their fami-lies towards secondary prevention of stroke,lack of trust in community health service.Conclusion Second-ary prevention of stroke in community requires establishing perfect management system,giving full play to the community nursing staff in the secondary prevention of cerebral apoplexy,and arousing the enthusiasm of patients in community stroke secondary prevention.
