Data Structure and Algorithm is a very important core curriculum stressing the theory and practice because the theory and practice sys-tems are both difficult, students reflect it is boring and difficult to learn and not interesting. According to above problems encountered in the teaching process, combined with the application-oriented target of universities and the characteristics of students and the curriculum, proposes some effective teaching methods to explore, such as case teaching, enhancing students class participation, theory and practice combined closely, a variety of assisted teaching means used and examination on computers.
