目的探讨尿蛋白电泳测定及临床应用。方法选取临床26例肾脏病患者尿蛋白电泳检测的临床应用。结果生理性蛋白分子量65~70 kda 3例,肾小球性蛋白尿≥65~70 kda 11例,肾小球性蛋白尿<65 kda 6例,混合性蛋白尿<65 kda和混合性蛋白尿≥65~70 kda 5例。结论通过尿蛋白电泳检测确定尿蛋白的来源;了解肾脏病变的严重程序(选择性蛋白尿与非选择性蛋白尿),从而有助于诊断和预后的判断。

Objective Evaluating on urinary protein electrophoresis and its clinical applications.Methods selecting 26 urinary protein samples from patients with kidney disease, then making an electrophoresis experiment and applying them clinically.Results For all the samples, 3 of them are categorized as physiological urinary protein with 65~70 kda. 11 of them are glomerular urinary protein with more than 65 but less than 70 kda.6 samples with less than 65 kda, and 5 samples are mixed urinary protein with more than 65 but less than 70 kda.Conclusion Urinary protein electrophoresis clarifies the source of urinary protein as well as the degree of kidney lesions, which would be beneficial for the judgment of diagnosis and prognosis.
