Determining total urinary protein concentration%Kidney disease
目的:探讨尿蛋白的定量试验方法评价及临床意义。方法对26例肾脏病患者尿标本24尿蛋白定量检测分析。结果轻度蛋白尿5例,中度蛋白尿8例,重度蛋白尿分13例。结论磺基水杨酸-硫酸钠比浊法操作简便,反应灵敏,结果显示快,与各类蛋白质均能发生反应。
目的:探討尿蛋白的定量試驗方法評價及臨床意義。方法對26例腎髒病患者尿標本24尿蛋白定量檢測分析。結果輕度蛋白尿5例,中度蛋白尿8例,重度蛋白尿分13例。結論磺基水楊痠-硫痠鈉比濁法操作簡便,反應靈敏,結果顯示快,與各類蛋白質均能髮生反應。
목적:탐토뇨단백적정량시험방법평개급림상의의。방법대26례신장병환자뇨표본24뇨단백정량검측분석。결과경도단백뇨5례,중도단백뇨8례,중도단백뇨분13례。결론광기수양산-류산납비탁법조작간편,반응령민,결과현시쾌,여각류단백질균능발생반응。
Objective An evaluation on the quantitative measurement of urinary protein and its clinical value.Methods Making a quantitative analysis of 24 urinary protein samples selected from 26 patients with kidney disease.Results 5 out of all samples are taken as mild one, and 8 samples are moderate one, while, 13 samples are severe. Conclusion sulfosalicylic acid-sodium nephelometry is simple and convenient, and it is so sensitive that make the result demonstrated soon. What’s more, it can be reactive with any protein.
