目的：探讨千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法将62例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组40例给予千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗，对照组22例仅给予抗生素治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为92.50％，对照组总有效率81.82％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者经过治疗后，其症状积分均显著下降（P<0.05），且观察组症状积分下降更为明显（P<0.05）；两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著，且复发率较低，值得推广应用。
目的：探討韆金膠囊聯閤抗生素治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床效果。方法將62例慢性盆腔炎患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組，觀察組40例給予韆金膠囊聯閤抗生素治療，對照組22例僅給予抗生素治療，比較兩組患者的臨床療效。結果觀察組總有效率為92.50％，對照組總有效率81.82％，兩組比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；兩組患者經過治療後，其癥狀積分均顯著下降（P<0.05），且觀察組癥狀積分下降更為明顯（P<0.05）；兩組均無嚴重不良反應髮生。結論韆金膠囊聯閤抗生素治療慢性盆腔炎效果顯著，且複髮率較低，值得推廣應用。
목적：탐토천금효낭연합항생소치료만성분강염적림상효과。방법장62례만성분강염환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조40례급여천금효낭연합항생소치료，대조조22례부급여항생소치료，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과관찰조총유효솔위92.50％，대조조총유효솔81.82％，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；량조환자경과치료후，기증상적분균현저하강（P<0.05），차관찰조증상적분하강경위명현（P<0.05）；량조균무엄중불량반응발생。결론천금효낭연합항생소치료만성분강염효과현저，차복발솔교저，치득추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of qianjin capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method 62 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into qianjin capsule combined with antibiotics treatment group (observation group,n=40 cases) and antibiotics treatment group (control group,n=22 cases).After treatment, all patients were detected and compared the outcomes. Results The total effective rate in the observation group(92.50%)was significantly higher than in control group(81.82%)(P<0.05). The symptom score in the observation group and control group were significantly improved compared with before treatment, especially in the observation group, with significant differences between two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Threre was no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Qianjin capsule combined with antibiotics was proved to be a safe and effective therapy for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and worthy of clinical use.
