目的：探讨高血压脑病的临床特点和治疗方法。方法对26例高血压脑病患者的临床诊治效果进行分析。结果行抢救治疗3～4 h症状明显改善或消失。结论治疗原则是积极降低血压至适当水平，降低颅内压，改善脑循环，纠正各脏器功能障碍，治疗产生高血压的原发病。
目的：探討高血壓腦病的臨床特點和治療方法。方法對26例高血壓腦病患者的臨床診治效果進行分析。結果行搶救治療3～4 h癥狀明顯改善或消失。結論治療原則是積極降低血壓至適噹水平，降低顱內壓，改善腦循環，糾正各髒器功能障礙，治療產生高血壓的原髮病。
목적：탐토고혈압뇌병적림상특점화치료방법。방법대26례고혈압뇌병환자적림상진치효과진행분석。결과행창구치료3～4 h증상명현개선혹소실。결론치료원칙시적겁강저혈압지괄당수평，강저로내압，개선뇌순배，규정각장기공능장애，치료산생고혈압적원발병。
Objective The clinical features and treatment of the hypertensive encephalopathy are to be investigated.Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of 26 cases with hypertensive encephalopathy are analyzed.ResultsAfter salvage therapy for 3~4 hours, the symptoms are improved significantly or disappeared.ConclusionThe treatment principle is to positively reduce the blood pressure to the normal level and reduce the intracranial pressure. Then the cerebral circulation is improved with correcting the dysfunction of the organs to treat the primary diseases which cause the hypertension.
