目的：探讨慢性胃炎Hp阳性的临床治疗方法及效果。方法我院2012年6月至2014年6月间收治的慢性胃炎Hp阳性患者82例，按照治疗方案分为对照组（奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素）和治疗组（加用枸橼酸铋钾），比较两组治疗效果。结果与对照组治疗总有效率78.05%比较，治疗组治疗总有效率95.12%明显更高（P<0.05），治疗组Hp转阴率82.93%明显优于对照组63.41%。结论常规三联用药基础上加用枸橼酸铋钾颗粒治疗慢性胃炎Hp阳性，可有效提高治疗效果及Hp转阴率，改善患者症状，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토만성위염Hp양성적림상치료방법급효과。방법아원2012년6월지2014년6월간수치적만성위염Hp양성환자82례，안조치료방안분위대조조（오미랍서+아막서림+극랍매소）화치료조（가용구연산필갑），비교량조치료효과。결과여대조조치료총유효솔78.05%비교，치료조치료총유효솔95.12%명현경고（P<0.05），치료조Hp전음솔82.93%명현우우대조조63.41%。결론상규삼련용약기출상가용구연산필갑과립치료만성위염Hp양성，가유효제고치료효과급Hp전음솔，개선환자증상，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective Discussion on the clinical treatment and effects of Hp infected patients with chronic gastritis.Methods 82 case of HP infected patients with chronic gastritis Refractory Hypertension were presented during Jun 2012-Jun 2014. Al of them were divided into treatment group (Omeprazole+Amoxicilin+Clarithromycin) and control group (add with Bismuth potassium citrate) according to random number table. Comparison of therapeutic efficacy of the two groups after the treatment course.Results Treatment group total effectiveness(95.12%) was significantly higher than that in control group (78.05%)(P<0.05).Treatment group negative conversion rates of Hp (82.93%) was significantly better than that in control group (63.41%).Conclusion Routine, three-drug treatment add Bismuth Potassium Citrate Granules for chronic gastritis with Hp positivity can improve the efficacy and improve symptoms, and reduce the relapse rate, worthy of clinical application.
