目的：探讨分析老年肱骨近端骨折患者应用锁定钢板治疗的临床疗效。方法收集我院收治的22例老年肱骨近端骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组（采用锁定钢板治疗）和对照组（采用传统钢板固定治疗），对比观察两组患者临床疗效、手术相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者肩关节功能恢复优良率（81.8%）明显优于对照组（45.5%），差异对比具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及治疗费用等均明显少于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者并发症发生率（9.1%）明显低于对照组（18.2%），差异对比具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论老年肱骨近端骨折患者应用锁定钢板治疗的临床疗效显著，具有操作简便、固定可靠、术中出血少、创伤小、恢复快等优势，值得在临床上进一步应用和推广。
목적：탐토분석노년굉골근단골절환자응용쇄정강판치료적림상료효。방법수집아원수치적22례노년굉골근단골절환자안조수궤수자표법분위관찰조（채용쇄정강판치료）화대조조（채용전통강판고정치료），대비관찰량조환자림상료효、수술상관지표급병발증발생정황。결과관찰조환자견관절공능회복우량솔（81.8%）명현우우대조조（45.5%），차이대비구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；관찰조환자술중출혈량、수술시간、주원시간이급치료비용등균명현소우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조환자병발증발생솔（9.1%）명현저우대조조（18.2%），차이대비구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론노년굉골근단골절환자응용쇄정강판치료적림상료효현저，구유조작간편、고정가고、술중출혈소、창상소、회복쾌등우세，치득재림상상진일보응용화추엄。
Objective To investigate the application analysis of elderly patients with fracture of humerus proximal locking plate clinical curative effect of treatment.MethodsColection of our hospital, 22 patients with fracture of proximal humerus elderly according to random number table method divided into observation group (treated with locking plate) and the control group (the traditional plate fixation treatment), compared to observe clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, and complications of surgery related indicators.ResultsObservation group of patients with shoulder joint function recovery was (81.8%) was obviously better than the control group (45.5%), compared statistically significant difference (P < 0.05);Observation group of patients with intraoperative blood loss, operative time, length of hospital stay and cost of treatment were significantly less than the control group (P < 0.05);The complication rate of observation group of patients (9.1%), significantly lower than the control group (18.2%), compared statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). ConclusionElderly patients with fracture of humerus proximal locking plate treatment clinical curative effect is distinct, with the features of easy operation, reliable fixation, intraoperative bleeding little, little injury and pain, rapid recovery, and other advantages, is worth further application and popularization in clinical.
