目的:了解海口地区感染性腹泻患者中肠道致病菌的感染状况,为肠道传染病的防治工作提供参考依据。方法于2012年3月至2013年11月将送检的腹泻患者肛拭子标本进行志贺氏菌、沙门氏菌、5种致泻性大肠埃希菌和副溶血弧菌等致泻性弧菌的检测。结果共检测281份标本,检出病原菌58株,阳性率为20.64%,其中副溶血弧菌检出40株,所占比例最大,达68.97%,其次为气单胞菌6株(10.35%),肺炎克雷伯杆菌5株(8.62%),沙门氏菌4株(6.90%),志贺氏菌、类志贺邻单胞菌、河弧菌各1株(1.72%)。结论海口地区感染性腹泻患者肠道病原菌种类较多,以副溶血弧菌的检出率最高,应进行针对性的重点监测。
目的:瞭解海口地區感染性腹瀉患者中腸道緻病菌的感染狀況,為腸道傳染病的防治工作提供參攷依據。方法于2012年3月至2013年11月將送檢的腹瀉患者肛拭子標本進行誌賀氏菌、沙門氏菌、5種緻瀉性大腸埃希菌和副溶血弧菌等緻瀉性弧菌的檢測。結果共檢測281份標本,檢齣病原菌58株,暘性率為20.64%,其中副溶血弧菌檢齣40株,所佔比例最大,達68.97%,其次為氣單胞菌6株(10.35%),肺炎剋雷伯桿菌5株(8.62%),沙門氏菌4株(6.90%),誌賀氏菌、類誌賀鄰單胞菌、河弧菌各1株(1.72%)。結論海口地區感染性腹瀉患者腸道病原菌種類較多,以副溶血弧菌的檢齣率最高,應進行針對性的重點鑑測。
목적:료해해구지구감염성복사환자중장도치병균적감염상황,위장도전염병적방치공작제공삼고의거。방법우2012년3월지2013년11월장송검적복사환자항식자표본진행지하씨균、사문씨균、5충치사성대장애희균화부용혈호균등치사성호균적검측。결과공검측281빈표본,검출병원균58주,양성솔위20.64%,기중부용혈호균검출40주,소점비례최대,체68.97%,기차위기단포균6주(10.35%),폐염극뢰백간균5주(8.62%),사문씨균4주(6.90%),지하씨균、류지하린단포균、하호균각1주(1.72%)。결론해구지구감염성복사환자장도병원균충류교다,이부용혈호균적검출솔최고,응진행침대성적중점감측。
Objective To understand the infection status of intestinal pathogenic bacteria in the patients of infectious diarrhea in Haikou, and to provide basic data and reference for the prevention and control of intestinal in-fectious diseases. Methods Shigella, Salmonella, and five kinds of E. coli and Vibrio parahaemolyticus causing di-arrhea were detected in the anal swab specimens of patients with diarrhea from March 2012 to November 2013. Results In the 281 samples tested, a total of 58 pathogens were detected, with the positive rate of 20.64%, including 40 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (68.97%), 6 strains of Aeromonas (10.35%), 5 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae (8.62%), 4 strains of Salmonella (6.90%), 1 strain of Shigella (1.72%), 1 strain of Plesimonas shigelloides (1.72%) and 1 strain of Vibrio flurialis (1.72%). Conclusion There are various kinds of intestinal pathogenic bacteria in patients with infectious diarrhea in Haikou, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus has the highest detection rate, which should be moni-tored specially.
