目的：探讨丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)在体内外对白细胞介素32(IL-32)表达的影响。方法荧光定量PCR和免疫印迹法检测Huh7.5.1细胞中IL-32 mRNA和蛋白的表达水平，酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测IL-32的血清含量。结果 HCV感染的Huh7.5.1细胞IL-32 mRNA和蛋白的表达水平较对照细胞高，HCV患者IL-32血清含量明显高于健康对照(P<0.05)。结论 HCV能够在体内外促进IL-32的合成和分泌。
목적：탐토병형간염병독(HCV)재체내외대백세포개소32(IL-32)표체적영향。방법형광정량PCR화면역인적법검측Huh7.5.1세포중IL-32 mRNA화단백적표체수평，매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)검측IL-32적혈청함량。결과 HCV감염적Huh7.5.1세포IL-32 mRNA화단백적표체수평교대조세포고，HCV환자IL-32혈청함량명현고우건강대조(P<0.05)。결론 HCV능구재체내외촉진IL-32적합성화분비。
Objective To explore the effect of hepatitis C virus (HCV) on the expression of interleukin 32 (IL-32). Methods The mRNA and protein expression of IL-32 in Huh7.5.1 cells were measured by real-time PCR and western blot. Serum levels of IL-32 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Ex-pression of IL-32 mRNA and protein was higher in Huh7.5.1 cells infected by HCV than in the control cells. Serum IL-32 levels was significantly higher in HCV patients as compared with healthy controls (P<0.05). Conclusion HCV can upregulate the synthesis and secretion of IL-32 both in vivo and in vitro.
