目的：探讨髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折患者的综合护理干预效果。方法：将90例肱骨干骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例，均给予交锁髓内钉内固定治疗，对照组实施骨科常规护理，观察组实施综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：两组临床疗效、美国肩肘医师协会评分（ASES）及骨折愈合时间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），观察组肱动脉血栓、术后桡神经麻痹、骨筋膜室综合征、术后感染发生率低于对照组（ P〈0.05）。结论：对髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折患者实施综合护理干预可提高治疗效果，缩短骨折愈合时间，减少手术并发症。
목적：탐토수내정내고정치료굉골간골절환자적종합호리간예효과。방법：장90례굉골간골절환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각45례，균급여교쇄수내정내고정치료，대조조실시골과상규호리，관찰조실시종합호리간예，비교량조호리효과。결과：량조림상료효、미국견주의사협회평분（ASES）급골절유합시간비교차이유통계학의의（P〈0.05），관찰조굉동맥혈전、술후뇨신경마비、골근막실종합정、술후감염발생솔저우대조조（ P〈0.05）。결론：대수내정내고정치료굉골간골절환자실시종합호리간예가제고치료효과，축단골절유합시간，감소수술병발증。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with fracture of the hu-meral shaft by using internal fixation with intramedullary nail. Methods:90 patients with fracture of the humeral shaft were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(45 cases in each group). The patients in both groups were treated with internal fixation with intramedullary nail. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of clinical curative effect,the score of ASES and fracture healing time between the two groups(P〈0. 05);the incidence of brachial artery thrombosis,postoperative radial nerve palsy,osteofascial compartment syndrome and postoperative infection of the patients was lower in the observation group than the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of the comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the healing time and reduce the complications of operation in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures by internal fixation with intramedullary nail.
