目的：探讨地佐辛联合异丙酚在无痛人工流产术中的应用与护理方法。方法：将285例择期行无痛人工流产术的早期妊娠患者随机分为观察组148例和对照组137例，观察组给予稀释为5 ml的地佐辛5 mg，1 min后给予异丙酚1～2 mg/kg，30～60 s内注射完毕，待患者睫毛反射消失后，刺激无反应即可开始手术；对照组给予氯化钠注射液5 ml+异丙酚1.0～2.0 mg/kg。比较两组给药前（T1）、术中（T2）和睁眼时（T3）的SBP、DBP、HR和SpO2；术中异丙酚用药总量、苏醒时间和离院时间；患者不良反应发生情况和患者、手术操作者满意度。结果：术中对照组SBP明显低于观察组（ P〈0.05）；对照组异丙酚用药总量明显多于观察组，苏醒时间和离院时间均明显长于观察组（ P〈0.01）。结论：地佐辛联合异丙酚用于无痛人工流产术麻醉，可以加强镇痛和减轻伤害性反应，减少异丙酚的用量和不良反应。

목적：탐토지좌신연합이병분재무통인공유산술중적응용여호리방법。방법：장285례택기행무통인공유산술적조기임신환자수궤분위관찰조148례화대조조137례，관찰조급여희석위5 ml적지좌신5 mg，1 min후급여이병분1～2 mg/kg，30～60 s내주사완필，대환자첩모반사소실후，자격무반응즉가개시수술；대조조급여록화납주사액5 ml+이병분1.0～2.0 mg/kg。비교량조급약전（T1）、술중（T2）화정안시（T3）적SBP、DBP、HR화SpO2；술중이병분용약총량、소성시간화리원시간；환자불량반응발생정황화환자、수술조작자만의도。결과：술중대조조SBP명현저우관찰조（ P〈0.05）；대조조이병분용약총량명현다우관찰조，소성시간화리원시간균명현장우관찰조（ P〈0.01）。결론：지좌신연합이병분용우무통인공유산술마취，가이가강진통화감경상해성반응，감소이병분적용량화불량반응。
Objective:To explore the application of dezocine combined with propofol and nursing methods in painless induced abortion. Methods:285 pregnant women scheduled for painless induced abortion were randomly divided into the observation group(n=148)and the control group(n=137). The pregnant women in the observation group were given 5 mg dezocine diluted in 5 ml,and then given propofol (1~2 mg/kg)one minute later,completing injection in 30~60 seconds. The operation started as soon as the eyelash reflex of the preg-nant women disappeared. The pregnant women in the control group were given injection of sodium chloride 5 ml plus propofol 1 to 2 mg/kg. SBP,DBP,HR and SpO2 of the pregnant women before given drug(T1),in operation(T2)and when they opened eyes(T3),the total dose of propofol in operation,awakening time and the length of stay in hospital,incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction of obstetri-cian were compared between the two groups. Results:SBP in operation was obviously lower in the control group than the observation group (P〈0. 05);the total dose of propofol in the control group was significantly more than that in the observation group and the awakening time,the length of stay in hospital was significantly longer in the control group than the observation group(P〈0. 01). Conclusion:Dezo-cine combined with propofol used in the anesthesia for painless induced abortion can enhance the analgesic effect,attenuate nociceptive re-sponses and decrease the dose of propofol and adverse reaction.
