目的:探讨乳腺癌标本中乳腺癌易感基因1(BRCA-1)和原癌基因人类表达生长因子受体2(HER-2)与疾病的相关性。方法选择百色市人民医院2013年1~12月乳腺外科手术切除患者85例,BRCA-1采用免疫组化法检测,HER-2采用荧光复位杂交检测。比较BRCA-1基因和 HER-2在不同病理类型和是否有淋巴结转移患者中的差异。结果 BRCA-1基因在85例乳腺癌病理标本中,导管内癌阳性率为62.3%(5/8),浸润性导管癌阳性率为77.3%(54/70),乳腺髓样癌阳性率为71.4%(5/7),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。BRCA-1基因在有淋巴转移患者中阳性率为62.9%(22/35),无淋巴结转移患者阳性率为82.5%(33/40),差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。H ER-2基因在85例乳腺癌病理标本中,阳性检出率为48.2%(41/85);有淋巴转移患者阳性率为88.6%(31/35)例,无淋巴结转移患者阳性率为25.0%(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BRCA-1基因、HER-2基因与乳腺癌的发生、发展有密切的关系,对早期预防、诊断、治疗乳腺癌有重要意义。

목적:탐토유선암표본중유선암역감기인1(BRCA-1)화원암기인인류표체생장인자수체2(HER-2)여질병적상관성。방법선택백색시인민의원2013년1~12월유선외과수술절제환자85례,BRCA-1채용면역조화법검측,HER-2채용형광복위잡교검측。비교BRCA-1기인화 HER-2재불동병리류형화시부유림파결전이환자중적차이。결과 BRCA-1기인재85례유선암병리표본중,도관내암양성솔위62.3%(5/8),침윤성도관암양성솔위77.3%(54/70),유선수양암양성솔위71.4%(5/7),차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。BRCA-1기인재유림파전이환자중양성솔위62.9%(22/35),무림파결전이환자양성솔위82.5%(33/40),차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。H ER-2기인재85례유선암병리표본중,양성검출솔위48.2%(41/85);유림파전이환자양성솔위88.6%(31/35)례,무림파결전이환자양성솔위25.0%(10/40),차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 BRCA-1기인、HER-2기인여유선암적발생、발전유밀절적관계,대조기예방、진단、치료유선암유중요의의。
Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA-1) and human growth factor receptor 2(HER-2) gene and the breast cancer .Methods Data of 85 patients with mastectomy therapy from January to December in 2013 were studied .BRCA-1 immunohistochemistry method was used to monitoring the hybridization ,HER-2 was detected by fluorescence restoration hybridization .Compared the differences of BRCA-1 and HER-2 gene in different pathological types and whether patients with lymph node me-tastasis or not .Results The positive rate of BRCA-1 in intraductal carcinoma ,infiltrating ductal carcinoma and me-dullary carcinoma of breast were 62 .3% (5/8) ,77 .3% (54/70) ,71 .4% (5/7)respectively ,the differences among the three types were significant(P<0 .05) .The positive rate of BRCA-1 in patients with lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis were 88 .6% (31/35) ,25 .0% (10/40)respectively ,the difference between them was not signif-icant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion BRCA-1 gene ,HER-2 gene has close relationship with the occurrence and development of breast cancer ,which is important for early prevention ,diagnosis ,treatment of breast cancer .
