目的：对比阴道镜活检与人乳头瘤病毒（H PV ）检测在宫颈病变诊断中的临床价值。方法选取中国解放军第一八一医院2012年1月至2014年3月接受宫颈病变筛查的2560例已婚妇女为研究对象，其中行阴道镜活检的妇女560例为阴道镜活检组，行 HPV检测的妇女2000例为 HPV检测组。将两组检查结果进行对比分析。结果阴道镜活检组 HPV阳性率为44．46％，HPV检测组 HPV阳性率为42．55％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。阴道镜活检的灵敏性为58．7％，特异性为35．5％，准确率为55．2％；而 H PV 检测的灵敏性为48．9％，特异性为28．2％，准确率为45．7％，两组特异性及准确率对比，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），而灵敏性比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论阴道镜活检与 HPV检测对宫颈病变诊断均有一定的价值，联合应用能有效提高检测准确率。
목적：대비음도경활검여인유두류병독（H PV ）검측재궁경병변진단중적림상개치。방법선취중국해방군제일팔일의원2012년1월지2014년3월접수궁경병변사사적2560례이혼부녀위연구대상，기중행음도경활검적부녀560례위음도경활검조，행 HPV검측적부녀2000례위 HPV검측조。장량조검사결과진행대비분석。결과음도경활검조 HPV양성솔위44．46％，HPV검측조 HPV양성솔위42．55％，량조비교차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。음도경활검적령민성위58．7％，특이성위35．5％，준학솔위55．2％；이 H PV 검측적령민성위48．9％，특이성위28．2％，준학솔위45．7％，량조특이성급준학솔대비，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05），이령민성비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론음도경활검여 HPV검측대궁경병변진단균유일정적개치，연합응용능유효제고검측준학솔。
Objective To compared the value of colposcopy biopsy and human papilloma virus (HPV ) detec-tion in the diagnosis of cervical lesions .Methods Two thousand five hundred and sixty married women were recrui-ted into this study from January 2012 to March 2012 .Five hundred and sixty women accepted colposcopy biopsy were in goup A ,2 000 women accepted pedestrian papilloma virus detection were in group B .The test results were analyzed and compared .Results The positive rate of HPV in group A was 44 .46% ,the positive rate in group B was 42 .55% , the difference between the two groups was not significant (P>0 .05) .The sensitivity ,the specificity and accuracy of the colposcopy biopsy were 58 .7% ,35 .5% ,and 55 .2% respectively ,the sensitivity ,the specificity and accuracy of the HPV detection were 48 .9% ,28 .2% and 45 .7% ,there were significant differences on the specificities and accura-cies between the two groups(P<0 .05) ,but no significant difference found on the sensitivities(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Colposcopy biopsy and HPV detection all have important value in the diagnosis of cervical lesions ,combined detection of the two methods could improve accuracy .
