绿色改造是近两年提出的一个新理念，适用于既有建筑的节能改造工作之中。文章通过对绿色改造相关技术的归纳总结，结合目前已有的绿色改造的典型案例，针对夏热冬冷地区的气候特点，给出了适合于夏热冬冷地区既有建筑绿色改造采用技术的相关建议。

Green retrofit is a new concept proposed in last two years,applicable to energy saving retrofit of existing buildings. This paper summarized green retrofit technology, and according to the typical cases of existing green retrofit, on the basis of the climate features of the hot summer and cold winter area, the suggestions of energy saving retrofit of existing buildings using technology was given in the region of hot summer and cold winter.
