探讨了目前常见的ISO、NACE、FROSIO、SSPC表面清洁度目测标准，对比了各标准涉及的范围、定义的准确程度、参考图片的详尽情况等，通过对比分析，认为SSPC标准具有涉及全面、描述简洁、明确、更易目测评定等特点，建议将SSPC检验资质能纳入PSPC的相关规定中。

The current guides and references of ISO, NACE, FROSIO and SSPC about surface cleanliness have been discussed. By contrast of the range of standards, the precise of definition and the detail of reference photographs, SSPC is regarded as comprehensive, concise, clear and easy to determine the rust grade. It is recommended that SSPC should be considered in PSPC.
