统计技术主要应用于尺寸类机械控制数据型参数的产品质量管理，而对于受人工、材料、环境等因素影响较多的涂装工序，统计技术的应用相对较少。本文结合实例介绍了统计技术在涂装质量管理和质量改进方面的应用。

Statistical technology is mainly used in product quality management of machines such as size control data type parameters, and with regard to more influenced by labor, materials and the environment factors coating process, the application of statistical technology is relatively rare. The statistical technology combined reality in the coating quality management and quality improvement applications was introduced in this paper.
