在乙烯装置的生产运行过程中,裂解气压缩机段间换热器经常发生管束腐蚀泄漏,严重制约了装置的长周期运行。根据生产检维修过程中换热器管束的腐蚀现状,找出了具体原因:壳程的酸性气体腐蚀、管程的循环水中微生物引起的垢下腐蚀以及冬季生产停车换热设备防冻保温不到位。从引起换热器腐蚀的各个原因入手,结合生产工艺,采取工艺参数调整、控制段间凝液的pH值及压缩机段间注水量等措施,同时对压缩机辅助设备进行优化,更换高效的注水雾化喷头、牺牲阳极保护、管束涂敷耐腐蚀涂料。通过采取防腐蚀措施,优化了换热器的运行环境,改善了段间换热器的性能,有效延长换热器的使用寿命。
在乙烯裝置的生產運行過程中,裂解氣壓縮機段間換熱器經常髮生管束腐蝕洩漏,嚴重製約瞭裝置的長週期運行。根據生產檢維脩過程中換熱器管束的腐蝕現狀,找齣瞭具體原因:殼程的痠性氣體腐蝕、管程的循環水中微生物引起的垢下腐蝕以及鼕季生產停車換熱設備防凍保溫不到位。從引起換熱器腐蝕的各箇原因入手,結閤生產工藝,採取工藝參數調整、控製段間凝液的pH值及壓縮機段間註水量等措施,同時對壓縮機輔助設備進行優化,更換高效的註水霧化噴頭、犧牲暘極保護、管束塗敷耐腐蝕塗料。通過採取防腐蝕措施,優化瞭換熱器的運行環境,改善瞭段間換熱器的性能,有效延長換熱器的使用壽命。

In the operation of ethylene cracking unit,the corrosion leaking always occurs in the tubes of interim heat exchangers of cracking gas compressor,which seriously affects the long-term operation of the unit.In the scheduled shutdown for maintenance of the unit,the corrosion leaking status was analyzed and following specific causes were found out: acid gas corrosion at shell side,underdeposit corrosion from micro-organisms in tube side cooling water and insufficient heat insulation of heat exchange equipment during scheduled shutdown in winter.The heat exchange efficiency of interim heat exchangers has been improved and service life has been extended by adjustment of process parameters,control of pH value of interim condensate and interim water injection,improvement of auxiliary equipment of compressor,replacement with high-efficiency water atomizing nozzles,application of sacrificing anode,application of corrosion-resistant coatings on tubes and optimization of heat exchanger operation,etc.
