针对常规搅拌桩存在的问题,介绍了双向水泥土搅拌桩施工机械和施工工艺。结合工程实例,通过现场抽芯、单桩和复合地基静载荷试验,检测了搅拌桩施工效果。检测结果表明:双向水泥土搅拌桩桩身强度较高,28天无侧限抗压强度均在0.6MPa以上;单桩竖向承载力特征值超过了90kN;单桩复合地基竖向承载力特征值在90kPa以上。双向水泥土搅拌桩有效地解决了软土承载力和沉降问题。
針對常規攪拌樁存在的問題,介紹瞭雙嚮水泥土攪拌樁施工機械和施工工藝。結閤工程實例,通過現場抽芯、單樁和複閤地基靜載荷試驗,檢測瞭攪拌樁施工效果。檢測結果錶明:雙嚮水泥土攪拌樁樁身彊度較高,28天無側限抗壓彊度均在0.6MPa以上;單樁豎嚮承載力特徵值超過瞭90kN;單樁複閤地基豎嚮承載力特徵值在90kPa以上。雙嚮水泥土攪拌樁有效地解決瞭軟土承載力和沉降問題。

In the light of the existing problems of conventional soil-cement mixing piles, construction machinery and construction technology of bidirectional soil-cement deep mixing columns are introduced. Construction effect is measured by coring results and plate loading test of a single pile and composite foundation with a single pile. The result shows that bidirectional soil-cement deep mixing columns have a high strength. Unconfined compressive strength is in the above 0.6MPa. Characteristic value of the vertical bearing capacity of a single pile is in the above 90kN. In the same time, characteristic value of the vertical bearing capacity of composite foundation with a single pile is in the above 90kPa. The bearing capacity and settlement problems of soft soil are solved effectively.
