本文主要研究了一种CoNi基合金粉末的制备工艺及喷涂后相关涂层的性能。用XRD、SEM、EDS分别测定了合金、粉末、涂层的相组成和表面形貌。结果表明合金组织为枝晶状,无明显的元素偏析;合金粉末呈类球形;涂层显微硬度450HV0.3,涂层结合强度为50MPa。

This paper mainly presents a method of CoNi-based alloy powder preparation and performance of the sprayed coating. The phase analyze and surface morphology of CoNi-based alloy,powder and coating are tested by XRD, SEM and EDS respectively. The results show that casting alloy is composed of dendritic phase, without obvious element segregation. The alloy powder is spherical and the micro-hardness and bonding strength of the coating are 450HV0.3 and 50Mpa respectively.
