对采用两种不同原料制备的WC-10Co-4Cr粉末A和B的物理性能进行了分析;采用HVOF喷涂方法制备A、B粉末对应的涂层,分析了涂层的形貌和硬度。分析结果表明:A、B粉末的颗粒球形度较好,对应涂层中元素分布均匀,粉末B对应的涂层具有较高的硬度,且涂层硬度分布较均匀,优于粉末A对应的涂层。

WC-10Co-4Cr powers were prepared by two different materials, which physical properties were analysed as well. The coating was prepared by means of high velocity oxy-fuel spraying(HVOF). Coating hardness was studied. The results show that the sphericity of powers is good and the element of coatings are well-distributed. But the hardness of B is higher than A, and the distribution of hardness is well-distributed.
