以1对甘蓝型黄籽(L2)、黑籽(L1)油菜的近等基因系为材料,研究了木质素生物合成的部分关键酶4CL、F5H和CAD在黄、黑籽油菜的不同组织中的表达差异。结果表明:4CL、F5H和CAD在甘蓝型黄、黑籽油菜不同器官和组织中的表达存在差异,特别是在种子中。其中,在同一组织器官中,4CL的不同种皮颜色之间的甘蓝型油菜中的表达差异明显;F5H在甘蓝型黄、黑籽油菜中的花与在30 d种子中的表达差异明显;CAD在种子的不同发育期中的表达差异明显。因此,这几种酶在甘蓝型黄、黑籽油菜种子中的表达差异,特别是在甘蓝型黄籽油菜的30 d种子中的表达都明显低于相应的黑籽油菜,说明这些酶的转录水平是导致木质素在甘蓝型黄、黑籽油菜之间存在表达差异的主要原因之一,也可能是形成甘蓝型黄、黑籽油菜皮壳差异的重要原因之一。

The differential expression of 4CL, F5H and CAD, which were the lignin thetic enzymes were investigated in different organizations, with 1 pair nearisogenic seed (L2), black seed (L1) rapes. The results show that the expression of4CL, F5H related biosyn- lines of yellow and CAD werediversified in different organs and tissues, especially in the seeds, of black or yellow seed rapes. That is, the expression of 4CL in the same organs was different between the seedcoat colors of Brassica na- pus L.. The expression of F5 H was apparently different in the penetrance of yellow and black seeds in the flowers, in 30 days of seed of the rapes. The expression of CAD was apparently different in differ- ent development stages seeds of yellow and black Brassica napus L.. Therefore, the expressions of these enzymes were different between black- or yellow-seeded Brassica napus L. , especially, it was significantly lower in 30 days seed in the yellow-seeded Brassica napus L. than black-seeded Brassica napus L. , which suggested that the differences of these enzymes transcription should be one of the main reasons that cause the lignin differences of the yellow or black seeds in rapes, which may be one of the important reasons that led to husk difference of the black or yellow rapes.
