对环形空间阵列扭矩传感器进行了改进,介绍了改进传感器的结构和原理,增加了电磁检测器的数量,简化了信号处理过程。对改进传感器的结构建立数学模型,利用ANSOFT有限元分析软件对改进传感器的结构进行了建模和电磁仿真。结果表明,改进的传感器能够在恶劣环境下工作,并保证一定的精度。

Torque sensor based on ring ball gratings is composed of a special spheric grid annulus and a magnetic - electric detector. It has the characteristics of being shakeproof , waterproof, dustproof, greaseproof, and high sensitivity. We make some improvement on original torque sensor based on ring ball gratings, increasing the number of electromagnetic detector, and simplifying the signal processing process. First, we introduce the structure and principle of the improved sensor. Second, we establish the mathematical model of the improved sensor. Finally, we use ANSOFF for the modeling and elec- tromagnetic analysis of the improved sensor. And we use the improved sensor to measure torque in lab. The experiment data prove that the improved sensor can work normally and guarantee precision in bad environment.
