积极心理学的兴起引发了人们对员工敬业的关注。许多学者和咨询机构对员工敬业度的定义及其构成维度做了大量研究，发现员工敬业度与组织绩效密切相关。高校教师肩负着人才培养，科学研究，社会服务等使命，其敬业程度不仅关系到高校的发展，而且直接影响到我国高等教育的质量，所以对高校教师敬业度的研究意义重大。本文回顾了国内外员工敬业度的研究现状，提出了高校敬业度“投入工作，组织关注，满意度”的三个维度，并设计出从师生两个角度主客观结合的高校教师敬业度调查问卷。对江苏985高校教师敬业度进行了调查与分析，得出了江苏985高校教师敬业度较高的结论。

The rise of positive psychology has aroused poeple’s attention to employee engagement. Many scholars and consultants have given different definition of employee engagement and done a lot of researces about it .They found that employee engagement is closely related to organizational performance. University teachers shoulder the missions of talents cultivation, scientific research and social services .Their engagement is not only related to the development of universities, but to the quality of higher education in our country. So the study of university teacher engagement is of great significance. This paper reviews the research status quo of employee engagement at home and abroad, advances the three dimensions "work, organization, satisfaction" of university teacher engagement and designs the university teacher engagement questionnaire in combination of the subjective and objective aspects: the teachers and students of them . This paper has investgated the university teacher engagement in the 985 universities in Jiangsu province ,and obtained the conclusion that the university teacher engagement of Jiangsu’s 985 university is high.
